Eindhoven – June 4, 2024 – Adimec Advanced Imaging bv (“Adimec”) today announced the completion of its acquisition by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY).

Founded in 1992 and based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, Adimec designs and manufactures custom high-performance cameras for industrial and scientific applications where image quality is critical. The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
