Adimec, a world leader in application-specific industrial camera solutions, will showcase several premier machine vision cameras at Vision China during Laser World of Photonics China Shanghai 2019, taking place from March 20th to March 22nd, 2019. The company is launching the 65 megapixel Sapphire S-65A35 and the DIAMOND D-12A09, alongside demonstrating other high-performance cameras such as the QUARTZ Q-12A180/CXP and Adimec’s NORITE Experience Package.

The SAPPHIRE S-65A35 camera delivers exceptional performance with a rectangular resolution of 9344×7000 pixels at over 35 fps. Equipped with low read noise, passive cooling for thermal management, and a high dynamic range of 66dB, this camera uses Gpixel GMAX3265 global shutter sensor technology with a pixel size of 3.2 microns. It is an outstanding choice for industries like semiconductor manufacturing and display inspection.

The DIAMOND D-12A09 GigE Vision camera provides a resolution of 4096×3008 pixels at 9 fps, featuring square pixels measuring 3.45 microns. This 12-megapixel camera is optimized for applications requiring high dynamic range and precise measurements in low-light conditions. Its unique features allow for Mura dark and bright inspection without mechanical adjustments.

The QUARTZ Q-12A180/CXP camera offers top-tier quality with a resolution of 4096×3072 pixels, ideal for real-time metrology tasks. It supports high-speed CoaXPress data transmission, delivering clear raw images at up to 187 fps. Its multiple uniformity and sequential functionality make it suitable for systems using various wavelengths or lighting setups.

The NORITE N-5A100 camera is designed for developers of multi-camera systems, such as those used in 3D metrology. With its compact form factor and simplicity, this 5-megapixel CXP camera increases throughput by eliminating cabling and synchronization issues common with other vision-based systems.

The SAPPHIRE S-50A30/CXP camera employs the AMS CMOSIS 50000 CMOS global shutter sensor for a massive resolution of 7920×6004 pixels at 30 fps. This high-resolution, fast-performing camera is perfect for inline optical metrology systems requiring precise defect measurements.
