    If you prefer local assistance, use these dedicated email addresses based on your region:

  2. Netherlands-Based Support:
    The central support team in the Netherlands remains accessible via [email protected]. This address continues to be valid for general inquiries.

  3. Web Portal:
    A new option is now available through our web portal at https://support.adimec.com/. Here, you can monitor the status of your support requests and review past interactions in one centralized location. All communication related to your request will be archived here.

Note that even if you submit a query via email (e.g., [email protected]), it will be automatically recorded in this portal for tracking purposes. However, local email addresses are not integrated with the system.

Accessing the Web Portal

The web portal has been tested internally for over a year and is now more easily reachable from our new website (www.adimec.com).
