Vision 2014 Event Highlights: New CoaXPress Cameras from Adimec

At the upcoming Vision 2014 event in Stuttgart, Germany (November 4th-6th), Adimec will showcase several innovative CoaXPress cameras. Among these is the Q-12A180, a new Quad CoaXPress high-speed area scan camera.

Key Features of the Q-12A180:

  • Utilizes CMOSIS CMV12000 global shutter image sensor
  • 12-megapixel CMOS global shutter camera
  • Captures images at 4096 x 3072 pixels resolution
  • Delivers up to 187 frames per second (fps)
  • Employs CoaXPress V1.1 Quad interface with four CXP-6 lanes
  • Built on Adimec’s advanced 2 Gigapixel/s platform technology

New Full HD Security Camera: Adimec has introduced a rugged full HD CoaXPress camera specifically designed for high-end security applications. This new offering provides complete full HD camera solutions for outdoor use, featuring proprietary color processing that maximizes color fidelity and sharpness.

Available in both 1/2-inch and 2/3-inch optical formats with multiple interface options and form factors.

Sapphire Family Enhancements: The event will also feature updates to Adimec’s CMOS-based Sapphire camera family. The S-25A30, a 25-megapixel global shutter camera captures high-resolution images (5120 x 5120 pixels) at up to 32 fps using ON Semiconductor’s advanced Vita 25k CMOS sensor.
