Adimec Exhibits CMOS Cameras with Adaptive Resolution for Enhanced Low Light Imaging
Adimec Unveils Advanced CMOS Extended Day Cameras with Adaptive Resolution for Enhanced Low-Light Identification Capabilities
From April 11th to 13th, Adimec will showcase its latest innovations at the SPIE Defence + Commercial Sensing conference in Anaheim (US). The company’s new CMOS Extended Day cameras feature adaptive resolution technology, designed to expand identification capabilities even in challenging low-light conditions.
Here is a preview of what you can expect:
-
TMX Series Cameras: We will display images from our TMX series, featuring the 2nd Generation Sony Pregius sensors. Specifically, the TMX-55 Bayer and TMX-50 Full Color models will be on exhibit. These cameras deliver exceptional performance with advanced sensor technology.
-
Adaptive Resolution Functionality: Adimec’s Adaptive Resolution feature allows seamless replacement of CCD cameras with CMOS TMX series alternatives without requiring changes to optical systems. This innovation provides superior image quality while avoiding costly redesigns.
-
eZoom Functionality: The eZoom capability employs optimized interpolation algorithms to achieve the highest possible sharpness during zoom-in operations, thereby improving detection, recognition, and identification accuracy in various scenarios.
In addition to these functional demonstrations, our cameras will be tested in a high-stress environment: mounted on racing cars competing in the 24-hour Le Mans race. This real-world application highlights their durability and reliability under extreme conditions.
