Allied Vision and SVS-Vistek, both part of the TKH Vision group, are set to enhance their collaboration under a unified management structure. Robert Franz, currently CEO of Allied Vision, will take on an additional role as CEO at innovative camera manufacturer SVS-Vistek GmbH.

Honoring Contributions Walter Denk, founder and former CEO of SVS-Vistek, is retiring after three decades in the company’s leadership. Reflecting on his tenure, Robert Franz stated: “Walter Denk has significantly contributed to SVS-Vistek’s success in recent years. We are grateful for his outstanding achievements that helped establish our strong market position.”

Unified Management To further strengthen collaboration between Allied Vision and other TKH 2D Vision companies (including Chromasens, Euresys, NET, and SVS-Vistek), Robert Franz will oversee both organizations. Key operational areas have been consolidated:

  • Sales functions for both companies are now unified
  • Marketing operations have been merged
  • Operations responsibilities were transferred from Gerd Völpel to André Kruse

Franz explained the rationale: “Our goal is to enhance market presence through improved performance that benefits customers. By deepening cooperation between Allied Vision and SVS-Vistek, we aim to leverage complementary strengths for mutual growth.”
