Allied Vision has broadened its Alvium camera lineup with two new GigE Vision series, leveraging ALVIUM Technology. These industrial cameras now join the existing portfolio featuring USB3 Vision and MIPI CSI-2 interfaces.

The first release includes 14 models from the Alvium G1 series (GigE Vision) offering resolutions up to 24.6 MP. The Alvium G5 series, equipped with a 5GigE Vision interface, features 11 Sony IMX image sensors. Both series cover ultraviolet, visible light, near-infrared, and short-wave infrared spectra.

Key advantages include superior image quality through FPNC (Flicker Perceptivity Noise Cancellation), DPC (Defective Pixel Correction), Active Sensor Alignment, and standard industrial hardware components. This ensures reliability for vision applications while enhancing the flexibility of the Alvium platform concept.

Alvium G1 - Compact GigE Camera Series

The Alvium G1 series combines a compact design with high performance, supporting popular sensors from Sony and ON Semiconductor. Built on Allied Vision’s ALVIUM chip and standard industrial hardware, these cameras are suitable for various machine vision tasks while ensuring long-term reliability.

Alvium G5 - High-Performance Upgrade Solution

The Alvium G5 series enhances existing systems with higher bandwidth ideal for high-resolution or fast-motion applications. It offers backward compatibility with GigE Vision and USB3 Vision, making upgrades seamless.
