Basler AG, a leading manufacturer of computer vision components, has finalized an agreement to acquire the distribution business of its long-time Italian sales partner, Advanced Technologies S.p.A. This transaction is expected to be completed shortly after required legal consultations and notifications are addressed. The deal marks another significant step in Basler’s expansion of its direct business operations across Europe and aligns with the company’s strategic shift toward becoming a full-range provider.
