The DSRK glued strain gauge probe from Baumer is designed for efficient and reliable tie bar strain measurement, offering enhanced performance compared to previous models.

This innovative solution maintains the precision of its predecessor, the DSRH with Strain-Mate technology, but enhances it by utilizing the glued strain gauge principle—a leading method in the industry. The design features an optimized measuring head that ensures stronger installation and superior durability.

The measuring head is made from resilient stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to impacts while ensuring long-term stability and repeatability. Unlike models using elastomers, this probe can operate effectively at high ambient temperatures up to 85°C without the need for recalibration due to aging, thus boosting productivity.

The geometry of the measuring head includes a stable tension mechanism that simplifies installation and minimizes risks of damage during use. The DSRK strain gauge probe is available in two diameters (16 mm or 20 mm) and lengths ranging from 240 mm to 2,000 mm.

All versions are compatible with standard output signals—either 0-10V or 4-20mA.
