The Imaging Source has announced the addition of Sony’s STARVIS IMX462 sensor to its 37 Series lineup of industrial and board-level color cameras.

These rolling-shutter CMOS sensors boast impressive capabilities:
- Resolution: Achieves a sharp 2.1 MP image (1,920px × 1,080px)
- Sensor Format: Utilizes a compact 1/2.8" design
- Pixel Pitch: Offers excellent sensitivity with dimensions of H: 2.9 µm and V: 2.9 µm
- Light Performance: Delivers outstanding image quality across both visible and near-infrared (NIR) light spectra
