German company The Imaging Source introduced its newest USB3 Vision-compatible cameras featuring USB 3.1 (gen. 1) technology, powered by advanced Sony sensors including IMX287/IMX273 and IMX255/IMX253 models. The company also showcased a complete solution for stereoscopic vision systems with its IC 3D software development kit.

During the event, The Imaging Source received an Innovators Award bronze prize in 2018 for its breakthrough product - a USB 3 to 10 GigE Software Converter designed to facilitate seamless image data transmission from USB 3 cameras to high-speed Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.
