SVS-Vistek is proud to introduce the shr411, a high-quality CMOS area scan camera featuring an outstanding resolution of 15.1 megapixels. This new addition to the SHR series leverages Sony’s Pregius IMX411 sensor and employs a CoaXPress interface for seamless image transfer.

Unmatched Resolution

The shr411 integrates Sony’s IMX411 sensor, which boasts an impressive pixel array of 14,192 x 10,656 pixels. Each pixel measures just 3.76 µm in size, ensuring a total resolution of 15.1 megapixels and exceptional image quality.

The camera is equipped with a four-channel CoaXPress interface, capable of transferring data at up to 6.25 GB/s per channel. This enables the shr411 to capture images at an impressive rate of 6.5 frames per second.

Ideal for Precision Inspection

Designed for demanding applications requiring high accuracy and detail, such as wafer inspection, solar panel analysis, or display quality control, the shr411 is the perfect solution.

The camera supports both monochrome and color models and includes advanced features like 512 MB internal SDRAM, integrated LED controllers for precise illumination management, binning functionality, lookup tables, and automatic/manual white balance (color model). These capabilities make it well-suited for a wide range of industrial inspection tasks.

Easy Integration

Scheduled for production in spring 2019, the shr411 comes with an M72 x 0.75 lens adapter and precision-machined camera housing. Its compact dimensions (80 x 80 x 63 mm) and IP30 protection class ensure durability and reliability even when paired with high-quality lenses for repetitive measurements.

To address thermal concerns, the shr411 is designed to dissipate heat effectively through an optional external fan, ensuring stable performance during long-term use. Despite its lightweight design—just 380 grams—the camera delivers consistent image capture quality, making it ideal for developing advanced imaging systems capable of detecting even minute deviations.
