Teledyne Industrial X-Ray Solutions, a global leader in high-performance X-ray imaging, has unveiled a new product line of advanced industrial dynamic detectors. These detectors, powered by innovative radiation-hard IGZO sensor technology, are designed to meet the stringent demands of industrial inspection, biomedical applications, and scientific research. The Rad-Xcam 1717, 1723, and 3030 models offer compelling advantages in integration costs while delivering superior performance compared to existing industry benchmarks for legacy amorphous silicon and emerging IGZO technologies.

The detectors achieve higher frame rates and image quality at lower doses, along with reduced lag and improved signal-to-noise ratios. Proprietary technology and readout integrated circuits ensure artifact-free images, seamless integration, and reliable operation. High thermal stability supports efficient workflows, boosts productivity, and minimizes system calibration requirements.

These detectors are available in various Gd2O2S (GadOx) scintillator configurations to address different resolution and sensitivity needs. The camera interface simplifies adjustments for frame rates, single or multiple frame acquisition, and advanced timing modes. Each unit includes user-friendly software tools for standalone operation or easy integration into custom application software.

The Rad-Xcam 1717, 1723, and 3030 detectors will be showcased at the European Conference on Non-Destructive Testing (ECNDT) in Lisbon from July 3 to 7. Teledyne ICM will also display its product lines featuring high-resolution digital X-ray detectors and portable generators.
