The Z-Trak™ LP2C family of sensors is designed for inline 3D measurement and inspection applications. These sensors deliver high-resolution profiles with up to 4,096 samples per profile and an x-resolution as fine as 3.5 microns, enabling precise defect detection and part inspection even in tight-tolerance scenarios.

The Z-Trak LP2C 4K series is ready for immediate use out of the box, featuring factory calibration and user-friendly software tools. This combination ensures highly repeatable and accurate measurements of height, width, and length. Its compact design and simplified cabling make it ideal for integration into various industries, including battery manufacturing, automotive production, factory automation, and more.
