Teledyne DALSA Announces Volume Production of Linea™ HS 16k Multifield TDI Camera
Waterloo, CANADA – October 12, 2021 – Teledyne DALSA is pleased to announce that its Linea™ HS 16k Multifield TDI camera has entered volume production. This advanced camera captures up to three images simultaneously in a single scan using light sources at different wavelengths.
The camera features a charge-domain CMOS TDI sensor with dimensions of 16k x (64+128+64) TDI arrays and a pixel size of 5x5 μm. It employs advanced wafer-level coated dichroic filters to minimize spectral crosstalk, ensuring clear image isolation across three spectral fields.
The camera is equipped with a high-speed CLHS interface, capable of delivering up to 8.4 Gigapixels per second through a single fiber optic cable of long length.
Key Highlights
- Advanced multifield imaging technology enables simultaneous capture of three images in a single scan.
- Minimal spectral crosstalk ensures superior image quality and isolation.
- High-speed CLHS interface supports rapid data transfer.
